4. Feature Overview

HC Internet of Things System focuses on device management, intelligent control, etc. in small districts and park districts, including:

Real Estate: Building, unit, house, and owner information in a small district or park district can be imported through adding or Excel bulk import methods;

Gate Control: Gate control device management, authorization of personnel to gate control devices under a building, authorization of personnel to gate control devices by department, modification of owner information or employee information to issue personnel information to gate control devices; access control through gate cards, face recognition, and passcodes; visitor application generation of visitor codes, valid for a certain period of time; statistics of gate control personnel;

Toll Gate: Includes all functions related to toll gates, existing toll gates or new toll gates can be completely taken over by replacing cameras to manage vehicle entry and exit functions, avoiding the need to interface with various types of toll gates, monthly rental cars, temporary cars, commercial gift coupons, and monthly card purchases, etc.;

Charging Station: Two-wheeled electric vehicle charging function, scan QR code to select charging hours to start charging; also supports monthly card purchase function;

Smart Water and Electricity Meter: Select electric or water meter on mobile end to online recharge, recharge to smart water and electricity meter, water and electricity meter's open and close valve function;

Elevator Control: Elevator management, including face recognition to issue access control, face recognition to automatically stop at corresponding floor function;

Monitoring: Supports Hikvision and Dahua cameras, community monitoring is more secure;

Door Lock: Suitable for public housing scenarios, property agrees to install door lock, remote unlock, password unlock, etc.;

Instrument: Community internal water flow, pressure, temperature, etc. detection instrument, real-time alarm function;

Attendance Device: Attendance device management, face recognition to issue, face attendance, etc.;

Event: Device offline, instrument alarm, etc. through event way to alarm through SMS or WeChat template message way;
