TMS Team Collaboration

The initial intention of TMS system is: to solve the problem of inefficient team communication and collaboration, the author himself has experienced the problem of inefficient team communication and collaboration in the development team, the team uses QQ, WeChat, etc. real-time communication tools for work office communication, this kind of tool has real-time as its advantage, but it is also a disadvantage for some teams, its real-time will first disturb the team members' concentrated work state, interrupt the thinking process of solving problems, secondly, its real-time will make team members lack thinking process when answering questions and solving problems, leading to communication like face-to-face dialogue, without time to think, and will lead to team members' bad mood, and the problems that need to be cooperated cannot be solved well, and more problems need to be thought out and discussed to find a good solution

TMS communication compared to QQ-like real-time communication tools has alleviated many disturbances, it uses the traditional email office mode, for messages with targets, can be sent to specified people through @, and the specified people only need to arrange their work time to view emails regularly, and will not miss important messages, team communication messages can also be centralized, and can be searched at any time (these communication messages are also an important asset for the company and team, and have a high value)

• Centralized attachment management, including image and non-image file management. Images can be previewed in a slideshow style, and attachments can be easily filtered, searched, or downloaded.
• Team Schedule Planning
