Development environment

Environment Preparation

Backend

The 1Panel backend uses the Gin framework written in Golang and uses go.mod as its project management tool. Developers must first install Go 1.18 or later in their development environment.

Frontend

The 1Panel frontend uses Vue.js as its frontend framework, Element-Plus as its UI framework, and npm as its package manager. Developers should first download Node.js as the runtime environment. IDEA users are advised to install the Vue.js plugin to facilitate development.

Environment Requirements

Before installation, ensure that your system meets the following requirements:

• Operating System: Supports mainstream Linux distributions (based on Debian / RedHat, including domestic operating systems);
• Memory Requirements: At least 1GB of available memory is recommended;
• Browser Requirements: Please use modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, IE10+, and Edge;
