Smart Park Management System V2.0

Based on park operations, this system deeply explores the key integration points between business processes and systems, leveraging the advantages of the Internet. Its main features include park asset management, enterprise services and archive management, as well as the development of park events and an online mall. The Smart Park system uses information technology as its foundation and smart applications as its support to comprehensively integrate internal and external park resources, making park management and services more efficient and convenient. It aims to achieve networked infrastructure, information-based management, precise functional services, and intelligent industrial development, comprehensively improving the park's information management capabilities.

Establish a city identity and create a microcosm of a smart city; build an industrial base and pursue leapfrog development; demonstrate the application of strategic emerging technologies such as sensor networks and the Internet of Things; upgrade toward large-scale, clustered, and modernized development; centralize resources to gain cost and scale advantages, enable industrial chain collaboration, and ensure smooth logistics support. Its main features include park asset management, enterprise services and archive management, as well as the development of park events and an online mall.

Park Administration System

1. Dashboard / Workspace: Displays multi-dimensional data charts and reports. Combined with the asset management module, it provides a comprehensive overview of monthly bills, property management fees, rent, utility bills, and other expenses. Detailed payment information is presented, along with Top 10 rankings, bar charts, and more.
2. Tenant Management: Provides a multi-tenant management module that works with tenant account information to support configuration across separate parks.
3. Park Management: Park List: This feature is primarily used to configure basic park information, including the total park area, total number of rooms, longitude and latitude, and other fundamental settings. Building Management: Quickly register and manage fixed assets within the current park, including factories, venues, office buildings, and apartment buildings. Manage configuration information for all buildings and floors within the park. Room Management: Works closely with the building management module to provide comprehensive room management, with details down to each building, floor, and individual room. Detailed information can be recorded and managed, including rentable area, room rent, property management fees, rental status, and the number of vacant days.
4. Tenant Onboarding: Park Entry Application: Displays park entry applications submitted through the Mini Program, allowing applicants to become park tenants. Business Onboarding Application: Displays business onboarding applications submitted through the Mini Program, allowing applicants to become enterprise customers.
5. Enterprise Services: Customer Management: Enter basic enterprise customer information. Synchronize enterprise customer information with business registration data to create enterprise profiles. Query enterprise customer information, partners, onboarded merchants, and other related information. Supplier Management: Manage supplier information for each event. Menu Management: Configure and customize the service management display features of the Mini Program through the admin panel, with real-time control via the system menu management module. Banner Management: Configure and customize the service management display features of the Mini Program through the admin panel, with real-time control via the system banner management module. Service Management: Manage events organized within the park. Used in conjunction with menu management and supplier management to display service details in the Mini Program. Order Management: Displays information about service personnel who have submitted applications through the Mini Program.
6. Asset Management: Fee Item Configuration: Configure and record tax rates for expenditure items. Prospective Contracts: Register and manage customers who have expressed interest in renting rooms within the park. Contract Management: Manage registered contracts, including their usage status, cancellation status, expiration status, and other details. Contract Approval: Manage newly added formal contracts through an approval workflow. Contract Changes: Manage formal contracts, including modifications, cancellations, and lease terminations. Lease Termination Management: Manage and configure rooms with terminated leases, including reviewing termination information and deciding whether to approve lease termination requests. Billing Management: Configure and manage bills generated from formal contracts. Display all billing information during the contract validity period, including utility bills, rent, property management fees, and other charges. Billing Reports: Manage monthly generated bills and bills with confirmed payments, and export related files.
7. Policy Information: Policy Management: Configure and publish policy information through the admin panel. Maintain park announcements in the Mini Program and publish news, information updates, the latest park announcements, and local regional news. Policy Banner: Configure and publish policy information through the admin panel. Uploaded images and data are displayed as banner images in the park announcements section of the Mini Program.
8. Party Building Section: Party Building Management: Configure and publish Party building information through the admin panel. Control the Party Building Section feature on the Mini Program homepage to promote Party-related information. Party Building Banner: Configure and publish Party building information and set the banner image for the Party Building Section in the Mini Program.
9. Investment Promotion Center: Lead Management: Track investment promotion leads and configure relevant information based on customer leads. Lead Assignment: Display activated leads and assign personnel to follow up on investment promotion opportunities. Arrange employees to track lead progress. Lead Follow-up: Manage all leads within the current park, including investment promotion follow-up records, follow-up status, and follow-up times. My Leads: Allows users to view and manage only the leads assigned to them.
10. Community Events: Event Management: Publish offline event information in advance and organize interactions among enterprise employees to enhance the brand influence of businesses within the park. Configure Mini Program event integration with the backend community events module.
11. Repair Services: Work Order Management: Receive application information submitted through the Mini Program, collect repair work orders from mobile devices, process repair requests promptly, and track repair progress and other related information.
12. Complaints and Suggestions: Complaint Management: Receive application information submitted through the Mini Program. Collect complaints and suggestions submitted from mobile devices, identify existing issues within the park, and assign personnel to follow up and handle them.
13. System Management: User Management: The park system adopts a multi-tenant design for its user data structure. Role Management: Assign user permissions based on their roles within the park. Menu Management: Manage interface menu functions. Department Management: Manage park department data associated with users. Dictionary Management: Manage commonly used business data dictionaries for the park. Parameter Settings: Configure system-wide parameters. Notifications and Announcements: Configure notifications and announcements for scrolling messages within the park.
14. System Monitoring: Online Users: Display all users currently online in the system. Operation Logs: Record operation history for all accounts. Login Logs: Record all login addresses, IP addresses, and other related information.
15. Personal Account: Personal Center: Display personal information. Personal Settings: Configure and modify personal information.

Park WeChat Mini Program

1. User Login: Registration and login using SMS verification codes.
2. Park Homepage: Provides functional menu navigation, including enterprise services, park repair requests, park announcements, Party building section, office rentals, complaints and suggestions, and other features. The banner displays popular products and enterprise information from businesses within the park.
3. Enterprise Services: Provides one-stop enterprise services to assist businesses within the park, including Party building services, policy research, application guidance, business registration, listing supervision, financial services, and more.
4. Park Events: Displays park event information, making it convenient for enterprise employees to register and participate.
5. Office Rentals: Displays available rental spaces within the park, including location, floor area, layout, rental prices, and other information.
6. Park Repair Services: Provides property repair services within the park. Users can quickly submit repair requests, and SMS notifications are sent to relevant maintenance personnel for follow-up.
7. Party Building Section: Displays the latest policy information, making it convenient for enterprises to access real-time updates and discover more opportunities for business development.
8. Park Announcements: Displays the latest published park announcements.
9. My Information: Provides access to My Events, Company Information, Account Settings, My Services, My Repair Requests, Shipping Addresses, and other personal features and settings.
