1. Project Overview
Go Ldap Admin
An OpenLDAP Admin Console Project Built with Go + Vue
go-ldap-admin aims to provide a simple, user-friendly, clean, and modern administration console for OpenLDAP servers.
In addition to providing OpenLDAP management capabilities, it supports integration with DingTalk, WeCom, and Feishu. Users can choose to manually or automatically synchronize organizational structures and employee information to the platform, making go-ldap-admin a bridge between enterprise IM systems and internal enterprise applications.

4. Feature Overview
Simplified Management
A modern OpenLDAP administration console with a clean design and simple interactions, helping operations personnel quickly and easily deploy and manage OpenLDAP.
Platform Integration
Supports automatic synchronization of organizational structures and employee information from DingTalk, WeCom, and Feishu to the platform, serving as a bridge connecting IM systems with common applications that support LDAP authentication.
Secondary development
A decoupled frontend and backend architecture built with mainstream technologies. The source code is open and can be customized and further developed according to actual requirements and use cases.
Main Functions
In the feature overview, I will introduce the capabilities from two aspects: basic features and core features.
Core Features
Basic features include the following capabilities:
-
API Management: Provides dynamic API creation, deletion, modification, and query management.
-
Menu Management: Provides dynamic menu creation, deletion, modification, and query management. Frontend menus are rendered using data returned by backend APIs.
-
Role Management: Implements permission isolation by binding users to roles through a Casbin-based RBAC access control model.
-
Operation Logs: Provides auditing capabilities for platform operation records.
Core Function
As of version v0.1.0, the main core features are as follows:
-
User Management
-
Create, Read, Update, and Delete Users
-
Two Ways to Change a User Password
-
Reset the password in the Personal Center using the current password and a new password.
-
Use the Forgot Password option on the homepage to have the system generate a random password and send it via email.
-
When an employee leaves the company, disable their account on the platform with one click while retaining their user information. If they rejoin the company later, their account can be restored with one click.
-
Group Management
-
Create, delete, edit, and view groups.
-
Manage members within groups.
-
Synchronization Management
-
Synchronize organizational structures and employee information from DingTalk.
-
Synchronize organizational structures and employee information from Feishu.
-
Synchronize organizational structures and employee information from WeCom.
5. Tech Stack
A simplified platform architecture diagram is shown below:

-
Users can manually manage employee and department group data on the go-ldap-admin platform.
-
Users can choose to automatically synchronize organizational structures and employee information from enterprise IM systems to the platform through DingTalk, Feishu, or WeCom.
-
All data displayed on the platform comes from MySQL. When data is added or modified, the operation is first performed on MySQL and then on openLDAP. The platform ensures data consistency between the two. Note: The database also supports sqlite3, so you can choose sqlite3 as the underlying data storage.
-
Enterprise intranet applications use openLDAP for authentication. Authentication can be performed through the personnel organizational unit (ou) or a specific group. The implementation can be customized according to your use case.
