Easy-Manager-Tool

Creating the software industry's first integrated toolkit, designed to help programmers, testers, operations engineers, and other professionals improve their work efficiency.

Easy-Manager-Tool was created to solve the problem of software industry professionals having to use a wide variety of tools. Imagine being a backend developer, especially at a small or medium-sized company. You may need more than just IntelliJ IDEA to write business code. You might also need to download Navicat, Redis, Kafka, and many other tools to manage the middleware used in your projects. Operations engineers may additionally need SSH, SFTP, Jenkins, Docker, and other tools. Managing so many software packages leaves professionals spending too much time installing, cracking, and maintaining them. To address this problem, we developed an integrated tool manager.

Easy-Manager-Tool integrates the core functionality of various tools, eliminating unnecessary complexity and creating a highly integrated, professional management toolkit for development, testing, and operations.

4. Feature Overview

Function description

• Server Management: Simplifies server information maintenance, supports bulk server password updates and bulk server additions, and allows servers to be assigned by group and role.

• SSH SFTP: Terminal connections similar to FinalShell, supporting Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste, as well as file uploads

• Operation Logs: Records SSH operations, allowing you to review the commands and results throughout the entire operation for auditing purposes

• Multi-Session Terminal: Operate multiple servers simultaneously, with independent connections and file uploads supported

• Script Management: Add scripts, support hook invocation, and schedule automatic execution

• Custom Monitoring: Supports Prometheus metrics data format (converted to JSON) as a data source, as well as custom JSON data sources and custom metrics

• Alert Management: Create custom alerts and send notifications via QQ Mail, DingTalk, and other channels. Includes a built-in alert management page for recording alert resolution plans

• AI Interaction: Supports intelligent AI conversations powered by iFlytek and OpenAI

• Task Dashboard: Manage team plans and track task assignments and completion through the task dashboard

• Docker Management: Standard Docker management features, including pulling, uploading, running containers, and terminal access

• Docker Cloud Registry: Create Docker registries and manage registry permissions, making it easy for multiple servers to pull images and run containers

• Permission Management: Button-based permission management using servers as permission resources. Assign different server groups to different roles to manage server access, making team collaboration more secure and reliable

• Add -Dpolyglot.engine.WarnInterpreterOnly=false to the JVM parameters to prevent warnings.
