Mini-Contract

Mini-Contract is a free, open-source electronic contract product independently developed by Chongqing Yilian Data Technology Co., Ltd., with independently owned intellectual property rights. It provides a one-stop contract signing solution. Our product innovatively adopts two signing modes: "evidence chain" and "non-evidence chain." It supports various features, including online electronic signatures, electronic contracts, electronic seals, electronic contract SDKs, electronic contract APIs, multi-party contract initiation, and cross-page seals.

In terms of data security, Mini-Contract strictly complies with regulatory requirements and independently operates and manages contracts to ensure optimal protection of your contract information. We provide Web-based management, H5, and WeChat Mini Program platforms, as well as deeply customized, comprehensive solutions to meet management requirements across different scenarios. As a platform-based product, our underlying security infrastructure is built on AntChain Judicial Consortium Blockchain and has obtained national certification to ensure security and reliability. It supports private, on-premises deployment of data and projects, reducing the risk of data leakage while ensuring the legality and security of contracts.

User Interface (Mobile)

The homepage allows users to quickly initiate contract signing. Multiple signers or companies can be selected, enabling multiple individuals or companies to sign simultaneously. You can also set the validity period for each signing session to help avoid potential legal risks.

Before signing, enterprises must complete "Enterprise Verification" and "Legal Representative Identity Verification." Users can also purchase additional signing quotas themselves when their available quota is exhausted.

After logging in, users can access various features, including enterprise management, seal management, signed document management, and signing quota purchases, among others .

Users and enterprises can independently create and upload their own personal signatures and cross-page seals.

Before signing, individuals must complete "Identity Verification," "Identity Document and Face Matching," and "Facial Recognition" to ensure the authenticity of their information.

The contract details page displays the signers and the signing status of all parties. Signers can also click to sign the contract using methods such as "Handwritten Signature" and "Electronic Seal" .

As an enterprise administrator, you can manage enterprise members and authorize whether individual members have permission to sign contracts.

After enterprise identity verification, compliant CA certificate-based electronic seals can be generated automatically. Enterprise administrators can assign different electronic seal permissions to each member.

The platform provides a wide range of contract templates and updates them regularly. Developers can use these templates free of charge.

Batch Signing: Supports one-to-many signing, generating multiple contracts at once. This is suitable for scenarios where the data of one party remains fixed while the data of another party or multiple parties varies. After configuring the settings once, multiple contracts can be generated in batches, improving contract initiation efficiency. For example, in human resources businesses, one company can remain the contracting party while multiple other parties sign their respective contracts.

To create contracts quickly, you can generate an online contract directly, eliminating the hassle of downloading and re-uploading contract files.

Before contracts are signed, you can also manage and upload temporary contract files. (You can even use our platform as a cloud drive, haha.)

Participants receive SMS notifications when a contract requires their signature. Within the validity period, they can click the link to sign through H5 or a WeChat Mini Program. Once all signers have completed signing, an SMS notification is sent.

User Interface (Web)

The Web user interface allows users to sign and view their own contracts through the backend.

The Web user interface supports online contract signing. Clicking "Sign" redirects users to the corresponding signing page.

Supports handwritten signatures and uploading your own personalized signature.

The Web user interface supports switching between different identities: "Individual" and "Enterprise".

Enterprise administrators can also manage members through the Web interface.

Simply enter a "Mobile Phone Number" and "Name" to add a member.

The Web interface also supports searching contracts by signing status, including "Initiated by Me," "Pending My Action," "Pending Others' Action," "Completed," "Signing Rejected," "Revoked," and "Expired."

Enterprise administrators and individual users can view all previously signed and archived contracts through the Web interface. Online viewing and downloading are supported.

The Web management interface also supports account switching, password changes, and other account management operations.

View basic information about all users of the contract platform and access comprehensive summaries and overviews of relevant data.

Individual Verification

The platform can view basic information for all individually verified users, with sensitive information masked.

Enterprise Verification

The platform can view basic information for all verified enterprises, with sensitive information masked.

Pricing Settings

The platform can configure pricing according to its contract operations and independently set contract purchase prices for enterprises and individuals.

Horizontal Template Categories

Newly added operating platforms can independently manage and operate their own contract templates, making platform management more flexible and convenient. Once an operating platform creates contract templates, all contract users and enterprises can access the templates configured in advance by that platform.

When configuring a contract template, you can preset the signing parties as "Individual" or "Enterprise." Each template currently supports up to 10 signing parties.

Contract templates support dynamically configurable parameters and allow certain parameters to be preset in advance, greatly increasing contract flexibility.
