BriefReport is an enterprise ticket workflow and work log management system developed with Spring Boot. It is designed to optimize internal business workflows and task management. Its functionality is similar to JIRA, but with a greater emphasis on simplicity and ease of use, making it suitable for the daily work requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises and teams. 4. Feature Overview
The BriefReport system is designed around three major modules to implement the aforementioned functionality: Work Center, Log Center, and Management Center. The specific design of these three modules is as follows:
1. Work Center:
1) Task Overview: System users can view the completion status of all their work tasks through the task overview, with detailed summaries presented in charts and tables.
2) My Tasks: Users can view their pending and incomplete tasks under My Tasks and perform various workflow operations, including assignment, completion, suspension, testing, and more. This is the primary functional area of the Work Center.
3) Task Management: This module is accessible to project team leaders and users with higher-level roles. Its main functions include managing the overall completion status of tasks within projects under their supervision and managing those projects.
2. Log Center:
1) Log Management: A module that allows users to manage the daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly summaries they need to submit.
2) My Logs: Users can edit, upload, and save their work logs through My Logs.
3. Management Center:
1) Employee Management: Supports creating, deleting, updating, and querying employee records, as well as assigning permissions.
2) Log Management: Allows administrators to create, delete, update, and query logs submitted by users in their departments, as well as view detailed log information.
3) Project Management: Supports creating, deleting, updating, and querying projects.
