1. Project Overview
The Engineering Project Management System is built through secondary development of the RuoYi framework with Flowable. It is suitable for bid management, project progress and cost control, and OA office management in engineering projects. Features include, but are not limited to, project management, task progress management, contract management, event reminders, financial management, bid management, and workflows. The Engineering Project Management Information System is further developed based on the RuoYi management system ruoyi-flowable-plus, using the Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Mybatis, Vue, and ElementUI technology stack.

4. Feature Overview
-
This project is developed based on ruoyi-flowable, with task listeners added to the workflow functionality.
-
This project is designed for users involved in engineering project bidding, project progress management, and cost control.
-
Workflow Management: Process initiation, my processes, pending tasks, and completed tasks.
-
Workflow Deployment: Adds task listeners to the original implementation, routing approval to the supervisor of the corresponding department based on the department ID.
-
Project Management: Maintains project information. Its key feature is controlling project workflow progress by entering task progress information according to the project progress type.
-
Contract Management: Contracts are divided into two categories in actual scenarios. The first covers contract information associated with projects. The second covers daily procurement contracts unrelated to projects, which are managed as separate records.
-
Bid Management: Enter information about engineering projects participating in bidding. Once the initiated workflow is completed, the information is automatically saved to the database. Additionally, procurement intention management is provided for projects that have not yet been opened for bidding or are still in the planning stage.
-
Financial Management: Divided into two parts. The first covers income, expenses, and accounting associated with project finances. The second covers procurement income and expenses unrelated to projects.
-
Important Reminders: Task reminders for work-related events, including processing status and other relevant information.
-
Knowledge Base, etc.: General categorized article information.
