Core Features

• Supports voice services from Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Huawei Cloud.

• Supports SMS services from Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Huawei Cloud.

• Supports email message delivery.

• Supports DingTalk message types including text, images, voice, files, links, OA, Markdown, cards, bots, and more.

Best Practices

• The Deliver messaging platform advocates lightweight deployment. Message link tracing supports logging output to specific files, allowing you to build log collection and analysis services according to your own requirements.

• The messaging service backend does not include built-in authentication. It is recommended to use an API gateway (such as Apache ShenYu or Alibaba Cloud Gateway) for authentication and access control.

• Considering the differences between enterprise internal unified authentication systems, the messaging management console does not include built-in user login authentication. You can integrate your own authentication system according to your actual requirements.

• For high-availability and high-performance deployment, use strategies such as server clusters (with distributed Redis caching), MQ clusters, and gateway load balancing.
