1. Project Overview
Open-Source MES System: Separated frontend and backend architecture with a Java backend. Features attractive large-screen dashboards and supports low-code dashboard design. Provides a rich set of IoT data acquisition components. Data acquisition operates independently of the main backend application, communicating through MQ.

4. Feature Overview
1. Bidirectional traceability of products and raw materials (supports automatic parsing after QR code scanning and automatic product data uploads from equipment).
2. Process flow definition.
3. Production planning.
4. Work process monitoring.
5. Work progress monitoring.
6. Equipment management.
7. Team management.
8. Quality management (quality inspection uses automatic product parameter measurement technology, including automatic image recognition).
9. Production reporting (included in the product management module, with automatic reporting).
10. On-site data acquisition (PLC devices, Ethernet/serial communication, QR code scanning, etc.).
11. Visual presentation (order number, production line, team, planned output, actual output, defective quantity, pass rate, completion rate, equipment status and utilization rate, processes and operations, on-site video, etc.).
12. System management (user management, menus, basic data, logs).
13. Reports and data import/export.
14. Supports multiple production lines.
15. Backend and ERP integration:
For advanced applications, you can integrate with hm-erp. The main ERP integration areas may include warehouses, materials, products, BOMs, orders, equipment, team members, customers, and suppliers.
5. Tech Stack
Project Technology Architecture
Frontend html+js+css, jquery, echarts, etc.
Back-end Technology :springBoot, shiro,netty,mybatis plus,mysql ,redis,rabbitmq。
A rich collection of IoT components for data acquisition:
udp, tcp, http, mqtt, rabbitmq, websocket, modbus, plc, Omron Fins, Siemens PLC, time-series database tdEngine, mysql, redis. The startup entry point is iot-test. A readme.md file is available in the IoT components project directory.
Recommendation:After data acquisition, use the MQ component to transmit data to the MES or other IoT backend applications for better decoupling. Netty can start multiple threads to handle data acquisition from multiple ports.
