S-PMS (Smart Production Management System) is an integrated, intelligent enterprise-level application that combines multiple core production management modules, including Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management System (QMS), and Internet of Things Management System (IoTS), among others.

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is primarily used to optimize and manage production activities at the workshop level. It monitors the entire production process in real time, from order release to product completion, enabling real-time collection and analysis of production data to improve production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization.

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) is used to comprehensively manage and control warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, stocktaking, and batch management, ensuring efficient, accurate, and transparent warehouse operations.

• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrates all enterprise resources, including information related to finance, procurement, sales, production, inventory, and other business processes, providing timely and accurate data support for business decision-making.

• QMS (Quality Management System) is primarily used for quality management and control to ensure that products and services meet specified quality standards and customer expectations. It covers quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities.

• IoTS (Internet of Things System) connects various production equipment and sensors to collect massive amounts of real-time data, enabling remote equipment monitoring, preventive maintenance, intelligent production process control, and other functions.

By integrating these system functions into S-PMS as a unified platform, enterprises can achieve informatized, refined, and intelligent management across the entire business process, from procurement, production, and warehousing to sales, effectively improving overall operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
