MetricBot

MetricBot is an open-source project based on the metric model AI data analysis intelligent body, implementing SQL generation and chat BI through models such as Text2MQL2SQL. Core functions with continuous iteration include metric dimension question answering, chat BI, SQL intelligent generation, metric asset & lineage visualization, and metric warning.

Software Architecture

The project is based on dcluster open-source metric data platform + Python reconstruction of agile lightweight metric AI intelligent body.
Front-end: Built with Python's flet
Backend: Python Implementation
Feature: Supports cross-platform deployment, one codebase supports Windows, Linux, etc. platforms deployment

Quick Start

Download one-click startup package, unzip and use directly (do not have Chinese、Special characters、Space）

Windows

• Quark cloud disk (MetricBot 1.2.0 latest version 20251204 - Feature: Package volume optimization, asset indicators, visualization charts, pagination tables, text2sql optimization): See the README.md documentation for details
• java8 window installation package:See the README.md documentation for details
• flet initialization package:See the README.md documentation for details

The first time you use it, you need to download the initialization package first, and some networks may be slow to download, so you can prepare in advance, and after downloading, put it in C:\Users\~\ specific user directory and unzip, if the .flet directory appears, it means it has been initialized;
After downloading, you need to install Java first, then configure JAVA_HOME;
After confirming that the Java environment is configured, you can directly click the exe file to start. (Initialization and JAVA_HOME configuration only need to be done once)
